The Financial Information Services Agency (FISA) of the City of New York is a state of the art information technology services center responsible for data processing functions and operations of the City which support the activities of those officers, employees, and agencies of the City responsible for organizing, compiling, coordinating and reporting upon the City’s central financial records, data and other related information. We have been working with The Financial Information Services Agency (FISA) since 1995.  In 2005 we started providing consultation and project management services.

One of the major projects we started with was New York City Automated Personnel System (NYCAPS). This project was a Systems Development Life Cycle methodologies project, which consisted of PeopleSoft software.  That was an eighteen (18) month, forty (40) hr a week project.  The City of New York engaged Compulink Technologies as a consultant for the PeopleSoft development, integration, and implementation.  We reported directly to the Deputy Executive Director of Information Systems. Compulink has a great rapport with FISA, and currently their preferred IT Vendor of choice.  As of today, we have procured Hardware and Software products such as, IBM AIX and X series, Microsoft licensing, CA, Crystal Reports, Cisco, RenderX, Netscout, Citrix, and VMware; while still continuing to procure all hardware and software.  We function as their Value Added Reseller (VAR), where we manage and maintain all software licenses and support agreements for FISA’s entire infrastructure.
