Full Managed Link Services
Compulink’s Full Managed Link Services provides the most complete package of network monitoring, proactive troubleshooting and support, and full outsourced administration and management.

Under this plan, we take care of everything. We will manage your firewall and related hardware and software security options. We maintain multiple connections to the Internet and to your private networks to provide you with the highest levels of support.

Our security engineers monitor network connections and firewall logs for signs of unauthorized probes of client's networks. The firewall alerts are logged and appropriate actions taken. This level of support is provided for clients with more complex and costly security infrastructures where bulletproof security is key and downtime is not an option.

Features and Benefits Include:

• A comprehensive Service Level Agreement that focuses on setting processes and defining performance standards that covers every aspect of your security infrastructure (emergencies, changing routes, adding users etc.).
• The ongoing maintenance of a customized security policy for your organization.
• The security policy is managed through a National Computer Security Association approved encrypted channel.
• Proprietary methodologies to ensure consistency, accuracy and clarity in the ongoing management and maintenance of your security infrastructure, despite personnel and/or structural changes within your organization or within the Compulink organization. This includes change control, documentation, version control and ticket reports and proprietary Compulink scripts.
• Emergency response to alerts within clearly defined time parameters.
• Nightly configuration backup to ensure disaster recovery.
• Proactive security patching.
• Routine security maintenance including policy review and password sweeps.
• As is mandated by the Compulink Process, all critical problems are prioritized for timely resolution and specific dates and times for successful task completion are set.

Shared Managed Link Services
This option is geared toward clients with an existing security staff who will manage their firewall but are looking for an "Insurance Policy" to guard against extensive downtime. This service is similar to Full Managed Link Services in that it is 24x7. However, it is reactive, not proactive. Clients looking for full, proactive monitoring and support should purchase the Full Managed Link Services.

When you are faced with a critical situation and would like backup support you can call Compulink 24 x 7, and our certified security experts will troubleshoot the problem with you.

Features and Benefits Include:

• A comprehensive Service Level Agreement, with tightly defined response times.
• 24 x 7 x 365 response to network down emergencies.
• All network access points are managed centrally via strongly authenticated encrypted channels.
• Proprietary network security methodologies ensure consistency, accuracy and clarity in the ongoing troubleshooting of customer issues and communication thereof.
• Quarterly policy review and proactive patching as required.
• Quarterly network review and change control documentation.
Requirements Include:
• Compulink must have built the client's security infrastructure.
• Client must assign at least two Network Security Contacts.
• The Network Security Contact must attend software security training and have a minimal level of security engineering experience.
• The Network Security Contact must attend a monthly 2 hour documentation section to communicate current network status and policy changes.
• Client must be responsible for maintaining updated documentation and network maps. Client is responsible for delivering updated documentation to Compulink whenever changes occur.
