Link Services or Shared Managed Link Services,
you have the option of including a dedicated
Compulink Security Manager assigned to your company.
The Dedicated Security Manager
is a senior Compulink Support Engineer who has
overall responsibility for
responding to and resolving any network security
concerns you may have. The Dedicated Security Manager
is available to you at all times.
Since your corporate
security is always affecting you 24 x 7 x 365,
your Compulink Dedicated Security
Manager is available to you 24 x 7 x 365... any
time you need him or her.
The Dedicated Security
Manager's duties include overall responsibility
for your support tickets
and overall
satisfaction. This entails:
• Reviewing your
open tickets daily and providing pointers and
feedback to the Compulink support engineers
working the issues.
• Providing reports on tickets opened and interpreting
those reports for you.
• Taking control over critical issues whenever necessary.
• Available for regularly scheduled conference calls
with you with the objective of prioritizing all open
tickets and providing feedback on the overall status.
• Sending you monthly reports summarizing the type
of tickets opened by your company, so they can be
aware of the kinds of issues they are encountering.
