Below is the list of the maintenance activities that will be performed.

PATCH MANAGEMENT
Tasks include: The Compulink Team will generate a report from Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer on the servers after the 2nd Tuesday of every month and schedule installation of patches as per the approval provided by the client.

Antivirus/Antispyware Updates
Tasks include: Maintaining current knowledge of available  definition updates for antivirus/anti-spyware solutions and updating the definitions on a scheduled basis.

Pro-Active Maintenance for Exchange and AD
Task Include: Managed LINK will run scheduled maintenance activities on Exchange and Active Directory servers once every (15) days to check the possible issues and alert the client if critical issues on the server are found.

Active Directory (AD)
AD replication checks will be done on the Active Directory.
