Celebrating Women’s History Month

March is recognized as Women’s History Month in the United States.  In Compulink Technologies, our Vice President of Sales is Denise Arboleda.  Denise has been with Compulink for more than 25 years and has been a crucial member of the team.  Despite the industry being male-dominated, Denise has remained and continues to remain proactive in her ambition to turn Compulink into an effective IT Solutions Provider with premium quality service.

Within Compulink, Denise not only drives the sales efforts of the company, but provides support and guidance to the other departments to ensure the overall operations are running efficiently.  Her bigger commitment is to solve problems.  Denise fosters collaboration between Compulink and other IT vendors such as manufacturers, distributors, and resellers to promote cooperation in the IT community.

Denise has single-handedly built relationships with the New York City and State Government Agencies, Transit Authority, and Educational Institutions.  She has mentored aspiring young professionals in Compulink to become problem solvers for our clients.  When asked about how she sums up her career in Compulink, Denise said the following:

“To me, Compulink is more than a business providing IT.  We are an IT Resource.  Our past, current, and future clients are all human beings with IT problems and it is key that we solve their problems.”

Despite the IT Sector having a majority of male population, there is a growth in women professionals.  Denise’s proactive example can serve as one example of diligent business tactics despite what your gender, race, etc. may be.

Compulink Technologies is proud to be a leading advocate for supplier diversity across all sectors.  We encourage all organizations to engage with Minority and/or Women-Owned Businesses to diversify our business practices.
